高职院校学生学业拖延的实证调查:时间管理技能与成就动机的视角

A Survey Study on Students'Academic Procrastination in Vocatio nal Colleges:From the Perspective of Time Management Skills and Achievement Motivation

摘要 以广东省300名高职学生为被试,采用时间管理技能正式量表、成就动机量表及学业拖延量表进行测试,探讨高职学生时间管理技能、成就动机及学业拖延之间的关系。结果发现:高职学生的时间管理技能与成就动机存在显著正相关;高职学生的时间管理技能与学业拖延之间存在显著负相关;成就动机在时间管理技能和学业拖延之间起中介作用。其中,高职学生避免失败动机与学业拖延之间存在显著正相关,追求成功动机与学业拖延之间存在显著负相关。 To explore the relationship among students'time management skill,achievement motivation and academic procrastination,a questionnaire survey has been conducted with 300 vocational students in Guangdong province by using time management skill scale,achievement motivation scale and academic procrastination scale.The result shows that:There is a significant positive correlation between vocational students'time management skill and achievement motivation;There is a significant negative correlation between vocational students'time management skill and academic procrastination;Achievement motivation plays an intermediary role between time management skill and academic procrastination.And there is a significant positive correlation between avoiding failure motivation and academic procrastination while a significant negative correlation between pursuing success motiv ation and academic procrastination.
