摘要
针对园子沟煤矿东翼二号回风大巷封闭期间发生底板严重破坏问题,综合采用数值模拟和原位实测相结合的方法探究发生底鼓破坏的关键因素。研究结果表明:巷道两帮和顶板与底板支护的不均匀性是导致应力在底板处释放,造成底板垂直位移较大,进一步加剧变形破坏的主要原因。采用"巷道两帮和顶板锚杆索+架棚+反底拱"的全断面控制及辅助措施后,支护体均匀性提高,底板由释放压力的路径变成抵抗高压力的承载体,底鼓程度由原来的近1000 mm减小至小于35mm,控制效果良好。
In view of the serious damage of the floor during the closure of the No.2 return air roadway in the east of Yuanzigou coal mine,key factors of floor heave damage were studied by the combined method of numerical simulation and in-situ measurement.The results showed that the non-uniformity of support at the two sides,the roof and the floor of roadway,resulted in the release of stress at the floor,which led to the large vertical displacement of the floor and further aggravated the deformation and damage.After adopting the full face control and auxiliary measures of"anchor cable at two sides of roadway and roof+shed+invert arch",the uniformity of support was improved,the role of the floor changed from the path of pressure release to the bearing body of high pressure,and the degree of floor heave was reduced from nearly 1000 mm to less than 35 mm,with a good control effect.
