摘要
为研究建筑纠偏技术的影响因素及作用效应,以渝川碧云兰溪三期商品住宅楼纠偏工程为背景,分析该住宅楼倾斜的产生机理,探讨该工程的纠偏方法及取得的纠偏效果,并通过FLAC^3D数值模拟手段研究射水孔孔径、孔间距及入射角度对纠偏效果的影响。研究结果表明:采用在沉降较小一侧高压射水掏土、在沉降较大一侧施作砼树根桩的纠偏方法效果明显,最大倾斜量由5.92‰减小至2.64‰;各影响因素的纠偏效果从大到小依次为孔径、孔间距、射水孔入射角度,掏土孔布置可以按孔径小间距小的原则布置;入射角度越大纠偏效果越好,应控制掏土范围远离建筑结构中线。
In order to study the influence factors and effects of deviation rectification technology,the residential buildings in the third phase of Yuchuan Biyun Lanxi were taken as the background.The inclination mechanism of this residential building was analyzed,and the deviation rectification method and effect of the project were discussed.Then the influences of bore diameter,spacing and incident angle of the water jet hole on the deviation rectification effect were studied by FLAC^3D numerical simulation.The results show that the deviation rectification method using the high-pressure water-jetting digging in the side with small settlement and the root concrete pile in the side of large settlement has an obvious effect,with a reduction of the maximum inclination from 5.92‰to 2.64‰.The order of influencing deviation rectification effect from large to small is bore diameter,spacing and incident angle.The layout of digging hole can be arranged according to the principle of small bore diameter and spacing.The larger the incident angle,the better the deviation rectification effect.The digging scope should be controlled away from the center line of the building structure.
