矿井提升机主轴系统故障本体诊断方法 被引量:7

摘要 针对矿井提升机主轴系统故障诊断的传统方法知识管理落后、共享性和可移植性差的问题,提出了矿井提升机主轴系统故障本体诊断方法。首先通过对矿井提升机主轴系统结构及故障的详细分析,确立了提升机主轴系统的故障现象、故障原因及二者之间的映射关系,解决了故障总结不全面、故障原因分析不合理等问题;然后基于Protégé软件建立了故障诊断本体库,并对其进行了测试,验证了本体库的可用性和有效性;接着通过本体推理对所建立的本体知识库进行了语义一致性的检验及语法验证,并不断对其进行修正,最终建成语法正确、语义一致、内容完整的本体知识库。最后,在此基础上,利用本体库进行了提升机主轴系统故障诊断试验。结果表明,该诊断方法在有效地对矿井提升机主轴系统进行诊断的同时,实现了对诊断知识的有效管理及知识共享。 Aiming at the problems of backward knowledge management,poor sharing and portability of traditional fault diagnosis methods for mine hoist spindle system,a fault ontology diagnosis method for mine hoist spindle system was proposed.Firstly,through the detailed analysis on the structure and faults of the mine hoist spindle system,the fault phenomena,causes and mapping relationship between them were determined,and the problems such as incomplete summary and unreasonable analysis of faults were solved.Secondly,the fault diagnosis ontology knowledge base was established by Protégésoftware,and the test was carried out to verify the usability and validity of the ontology base.Thirdly,through ontology reasoning,the semantic consistency was checked,grammatical validation was carried out,and the ontology knowledge base was constantly revised.Thus,the ontology knowledge base with correct grammar,consistent semantics and complete content was built.Finally,on this basis,the fault diagnosis experiment of hoist spindle system was carried out by using ontology knowledge base.The results showed that the diagnosis method can not only diagnose the spindle system of mine hoist effectively,but also realize the effective management and knowledge sharing of diagnosis knowledge.
