摘要
目的探讨适合高等职业学院(高职)等药物制剂技术专业学生的专业核心技能评价体系。方法建立由3个一级评价指标、16个二级评价指标组成的评价体系,运用定量统计法确定指标权重;结合模糊综合评价法建立模型,采用鱼骨图分析法寻找指标体系的关键因素。结果与结论初步构建了权重分配合理、方法科学、便于操作的评价体系。所建专业核心能力评价体系模型科学、可行、简便,为学生的专业核心能力评价和专业建设发展提供了参考。
Objective To explore the professional core competency evaluation system suitable for the students majoring in pharmaceutical preparation technology in higher vocational education(college).Methods The core competency index system consisted of 3 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators was established.The quantity analysis method was used to determine the weight.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct the evaluation model.A fishbone diagram was drawn to demonstrate all the main factors in the system.Results and Conclusion The evaluation index system with reasonable weight distribution,scientific method and easy operation was formed.The professional core competency evaluation system is scientific,feasible,and simple.It provides the evidence for the evaluation and development of pharmacy students’professional core competence.
