摘要
依据电刷镀技术操作规范及CA6140卧式车床主轴颈技术要求,通过工艺分析及计算,设计出复合镀层结构,制定了合理的修复流程及工艺参数。修复后的主轴经多年使用表明,电刷镀修复质量高,使用效果好。
According to the technical operation specifications of brush plating and the technical requirements of the main spindle neck of CA6140 horizontal lathe,the composite coating structure is designed through process analysis and calculation,and the reasonable repair process as well as process parameters are formulated.After years of using,the repaired main shaft shows that brush plating has high repair quality and good application effect.
