农村中等职业学校开放式课堂教学模式的研究

Research on the Open Classroom Teaching Mode of Rural Secondary Vocational School

根据职业教育开放式教学的特点,依据系统论的观点,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、教学评价4个方面构建了中等职业教育学校的开放性教学模式。通过开放式课堂教学模式的探究,改变学生的学习状态,培养学生的学习能力,让学生学会、会学,切实解决厌学、弃学、辍学问题,使职教学生能够更好地掌握技术,服务社会,成为新时代所需要的技能型、复合型人才。

According to the characteristics of open teaching in vocational education and the viewpoint of system theory,the open teaching mode of secondary vocational schools is constructed from four aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.Through the exploration of the open class teaching mode,we can change the learning state of the students,cultivate their learning ability and let them learn how to learn.To solve the problems of being tired of learning,abandoning school and dropping out of school and in this case students in vocational education can better master the technology,serve the society and become skilled talents needed in the new era.
