摘要
高层次人才不仅是提升一个地区整体产业核心竞争力的坚实基础,也是其所在地区软实力的重要表现;不仅是一个地区经济转型升级的谋划者,也是这一地区经济转型升级的践行者。近年来,唐山高层次人才引进工作取得了一定成绩,但也存在高层次人才总量匮乏、结构不合理、行业分布不均等问题,为此,提升唐山市高层次人才引进能力,需深化人才工作理念,明晰人才引进思路;构建高效的人才工作机制,形成人才引进合力;坚持需求导向,精准引人引智;坚持以人为本,做好人才服务。
High level talents are not only the important foundation to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry,but also an important part of the comprehensive strength of the region where they are located;they are not only planners and implementers of economic transformation and upgrading,but also the backbone of economic transformation and upgrading.In recent years,the introduction of high-level talents in Tangshan has made some achievements.However there are also problems such as the lack of total high-level talents,unreasonable structure and unequal distribution of industries.Therefore,to improve the introduction ability of high-level talents in Tangshan,it is necessary to deepen the concept of talent work and clarify the ideas of talent introduction,to build an efficient talent working mechanism and form a talent introduction force,to adhere to the demand guidance,to introduce talents accurately,to adhere to people-oriented,and to do a good job in talent service.
