近10年北京市技工院校教师副高级职称评审数据统计分析

Statistical Analysis of the Professional Title Assessment of Associate Professor in Beijing Technical Schools in the Past Decade

职称评审对教师队伍建设具有重要的指导和引领作用。为此,对2010-2019年这10年间,北京市技工院校教师副高级职称评审情况进行相关数据统计,对评审通过教师的年龄、性别、学历、工作年限以及专业和院校分布等情况进行了数据分析,并在此基础上对北京市技工院校教师职称评审变化及发展趋势进行了相关探讨,以期对今后教师队伍的专业化建设提供参考和借鉴。

The title assessment plays an important role in guiding and leading the construction of teaching staff.So,this paper makes a data statistical of the number and passing rate of the title assessment of associate professor in Beijing Technical Schools from 2010 to 2019.This paper also makes a statistical analysis of the age,gender,education background,length of service,the specialty distribution and the school distribution of the qualified.On this basis,This paper discusses the changing trend of the title assessment of the associate professor in Beijing technical school,and put forward relevant development suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the developing specialized teaching staff in the future.
