摘要
我国社会发展逐渐呈现老龄化,对老年教育需求越来越大,需要扩大老年教育资源供给。国务院办公厅印发的《老年教育发展规划(2016-2020年)》中提出"促进各级各类学校开展老年教育",探索院校利用自身教育资源举办老年教育(学校)的模式。职业教育集团是职业院校、行业企业等组织为实现资源共享、优势互补、合作发展而组织的教育团体,可以开展老年教育机制创新。围绕职教集团开展老年教育论述,并提出相应的完善措施。
Vocational education group is an educational organization organized by Vocational Colleges,industrial enterprises,and other organizations to achieve resource sharing,and cooperative development.Relying on vocational education groups to carry out old age education is an innovative school-running mechanism,this article focuses on the vocational education group to carry out the elderly education and put forward corresponding measures.
