摘要
“3+3”中高职衔接试点项目自2012年启动以来,在人才培养的目标定位、课程体系、教材建设、考核评价等方面存在一定的问题。在高质量发展理论视角下,政府主管部门要做好统筹规划,试点院校与行业企业要共同确立一体化的人才培养目标与定位,构建适用于“1+X”证书制度的专业课程体系,开发建设一体化衔接教材,共建共享各项资源,完善考核评价机制,以期有效提升中高职衔接人才培养质量。
Since the implementation of the“3+3”pilot project in 2012,there have been some problems in objectives and orientation of talent training,system construction of courses and textbooks,and system of assessment and evaluation.Under the aspect of the theory of high-quality development,government should make overall planning,pilot colleges and industry and enterprise should jointly establish the integrated personnel training objectives and establish a professional curriculum system adapted to the system of 1+X certificate,develop integrated and connected textbooks,share various resources and promote the evaluation mechanism.
