心理弹性量表简版在机构养老老年人群体中的适用性

Properties of 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale in the Institutional Endowment Elderly

目的:探讨心理弹性量表简版(10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,CD-RISC-10)对机构养老老年人的适用性。方法:采用自编基本情况表和心理弹性量表简版对29个养老机构养老的300名老年人进行问卷调查,采用SPSS22.0和AMOS21.0进行信度和效度分析。结果:(1)条目分析显示,高分组与低分组CD-RISC-10各条目的得分均差异有统计学意义(t=12.36~16.56,P<0.01),条目与总分均正相关(r=0.801~0.876,P<0.01);(2)探索性因子分析提取出1个公因子,累积方差解释率为84.39%;验证性因子分析显示单因素模型指数为:χ~2/df=2.015,RMR=0.019,GFI=0.912,CFI=0.981,NFI=0.964,RFI=0.951,IFI=0.981,TLI=0.975,RMSEA=0.085;CD-RISC-10得分与效标工具老年抑郁量表得分呈负相关(r=-0.375,P<0.01);(3)CD-RISC-10的Cronbach’sα为0.977,Guttman折半信度为0.960,6个月后的重测信度为0.848。结论:CD-RISC-10应用于机构养老的老年人具有良好的信度和效度,是测量其心理弹性的有效工具。

Objective: To evaluate the properties of the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC-10) for the institutional endowment elderly. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 elderly people from 29 institutional endowments using self-made basic information scale and CD-RISC-10. Results:(1)Item analysis showed that there were significant differences in all items of CD-RISC-10 between high-score and low-score groups(t=12.36-16.56, P<0.01),and items were positively correlated with total score(r=0.801-0.876, P<0.01).(2)Exploratory factor analysis extracted a common factor, explaining 84.39% of the cumulative variance. Confirmative factor analysis showed that the single factor model index were χ~2/df=2.015,RMR=0.019,GFI=0.912,AGFI=0.853,PGFI=0.547,CFI=0.981,NFI=0.964,RFI=0.951,IFI=0.981,TLI=0.975,PNFI=0.707,RMSEA=0.085. The scores of CD-RISC-10 were negatively correlated with 5-item geriatric depression scale(r=-0.375, P<0.01), while the scores of 5-item geriatric depression scale were significantly different between high-score and low-score groups of resilience(t=5.328, P<0.001).(3)The total Cronbach’s α of CDRISC-10 was 0.977, the Guttman half-fold reliability was 0.960, and retest reliability was 0.848. Conclusion: CD-RISC-10 has good reliability and validity in measuring the resilience of the elderly from institutional endowments.
