新兵集体效能感与集训应激后成长的关系:积极情绪和应对方式的中介作用

Relationship between Collective Efficacy and Posttraumatic Growth of Training Recruits:the Mediated Role of Positive Affect and Coping Style

目的:探讨新兵积极情绪和应对方式在集体效能感与集训应激后成长间的链式中介作用。方法:采用新兵集训应激后成长量表、军人集体效能感量表、积极情绪量表和特质应对方式量表对1217名新兵进行整群施测,用SPSS21.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:①新兵集体效能感、积极情绪、积极应对方式、消极应对方式与应激后成长两两之间存在显著相关。②积极情绪、积极应对方式在集体效能感与应激后成长间起链式中介作用。结论:新兵集体效能感除可直接预测应激后成长外,还可通过积极情绪和积极应对方式的链式中介预测应激后成长。

Objective:To explore the chain mediating effect of positive affect and coping style in the relationship between collective efficacy and post-traumatic growth of training recruits.Methods:A group of 1217 training recruits were assessed by the Post-traumatic Growth Inventory for Recruits Training(PTGI-RT),Collective Efficacy Scale for PLA Soldier(CES-PS),Positive Affect Scale(PAS)and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),SPSS 21.0 was used for data entry and statistical analysis.Results:①The total score of collective efficacy,positive affect,positive coping,negative coping and post-traumatic growth(PTG)of training recruits showed significant correlation with each other(P<0.001).②Positive affect-positive coping has a chain mediating effect between the collective efficacy and PTG.Conclusion:Recruits’collective efficacy can directly and positively predict PTG,and it also can positively predict PTG through the chain mediation of positive affect-positive coping.
