国内外医养结合的对比研究——基于2010—2019年文献的知识图谱分析

A Comparative Study of Medical and Health Combination at Domestic and Abroad:Based on Knowledge Mapping of Documents from 2010 to 2019

人口老龄化是现阶段我国乃至全世界正在面临的一个重大问题。如何满足老年人的健康服务需求,实现健康老龄化是我们当今社会所需要解决的问题。本研究采用文献计量的方法,以科学引文索引数据库(Web of Science,WOS)和知网数据库收录的医养结合的文献作为研究对象,对2010—2019年国内外医养结合领域的发文情况、高频关键词、研究热点以及时序发展等方面进行可视化分析。通过国内外文献的对比分析及我国医养结合的现状,给我国的医养结合研究带来了一些思考:提供具有中国特色的中医药医养结合服务;促进我国医养结合的多元化发展;建立智慧养老的新型社会化养老服务体系;加快老年护理人员的人才队伍专业化建设。

China has entered the ranks of an aging society in 1999.With the development of the population aging process,How to achieve healthy aging has become an important part of the″Healthy China″strategy.The aging of the population has brought problems to China′s pension and medical care.At present,a single pension or medical institution can no longer solve problems,and medical cooperation will be an important way to achieve healthy aging goals under the healthy China strategy.Through the analysis of the literature on the combination of medical and nursing research at home and abroad,this paper finds that the research on the combination of medical and nursing in China started late,and the origin of the combination of medical and nursing research in China in 2013.This paper adopts the method of bibliometrics,and uses the medical and health literatures includedthe WOS and CNKI databases as the research object,visualizes the papers,high-frequency keywords,research hotspots and time series development in the field of medical and health integration at home and abroad.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,it has brought thoughts to the combination of medical and nursing research in China:Provide Chinese medicine and nursing integration services with Chinese characteristics;promote the diversified development of China′s medical and nursing integration;establish a new type of socialized pension service system for smart pensions;accelerate the professional construction of the elderly nursing staff.
