痰热清联合盐酸左氧氟沙星用于社区获得性肺炎的效果与安全性分析

Effects and Safety Analysis ff Tanreqing Combined With Levofloxacin Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Community-Acquired Pneumonia

目的:探讨痰热清联合盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的效果与安全性。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月安庆市第一人民医院收治的社区获得性肺炎66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组以盐酸左氧氟沙星联合痰热清进行治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果、C反应蛋白(CRP)、炎性标志物(PCT)、不良反应、啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间等指标。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP、PCT等指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间等明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取盐酸左氧氟沙星联合痰热清治疗社区获得性肺炎能够获得较为理想的效果,能明显改善炎性指标,加快临床症状消失,安全性较高,有极大的推广价值。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effects and safety of community-acquired pneumonia treated with Tanreqing combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride.Methods:A total of 66 community-acquired pneumonia patients treated in the First People′s Hospital of Anqing from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride,and the experimental group was treated with Levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with Tanreqing.The curative effects,CRP(C-reactive protein),PCT(inflammatory markers),adverse reactions,disappearance of snoring sounds,disappearance of cough,and disappearance of fever were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05);CRP and PCT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of snoring sounds,cough disappearance time,and fever disappearance time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with Tanreqing for community-acquired pneumonia can achieve better results,significantly improve inflammatory indicators,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,have high safety and has great promotion value.
