摘要
针对工业4.0时代新的制造模式、制造场景和制造流程对制造人才提出的新要求,结合高校现有数控加工实训模式和实训环境,笔者综合采用虚拟仿真、智能控制、大数据等技术构建新型“虚实结合的智能制造实训系统”,并对智能制造实训教学系统的目标、特色、系统架构和教学效果进行了详细介绍。经几所高校实训应用反馈,该实训系统的教学效果良好。
In view of the new requirements of manufacturing mode,manufacturing scene and manufacturing process for manufacturing talents in the era of industry 4.0,combined with the existing NC processing training mode and training environment in Colleges and universities,the author uses virtual simulation,intelligent control,big data and other technologies to build a new“virtual reality combined intelligent manufacturing training system”,and the goal,characteristics,and characteristics of the intelligent manufacturing training teaching system The system structure and teaching effect are introduced in detail.Through the feedback of practical training application in several universities,the teaching effect of the practical training system is good.
