“互联网+”背景下医院医疗信息安全建设探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Hospital Medical Information Security under the Background of“Internet+”

“互联网+医疗”的发展和应用,加强了医疗信息和医疗资源的共享,创新了医疗形式,提高了医院的整体医疗水平。但是“互联网+”是一把双刃剑,在给医院带来机遇的同时,也给医疗信息安全带来了挑战。基于此,笔者在分析医院医疗信息安全存在法律漏洞、硬软件漏洞以及管理制度不完善的基础上,对应提出了完善法律建设,完善医院在医疗信息查询、使用以及奖惩等方面的制度以及加强医院员工和患者的安全意识培训等具体的建议,希望能够为医院加强医疗信息安全建设提供借鉴,进一步推动医院的可持续发展。

The development and application of“Internet+medical care”has strengthened the sharing of medical information and medical resources,innovated the form of medical treatment,and improved the overall medical level of hospitals.But“Internet+”is a double-edged sword.It brings opportunities to hospitals,but also brings challenges to medical information security.Based on this,on the basis of analyzing the legal loopholes,hardware and software loopholes and imperfect management system of the hospital medical information security,the author puts forward specific suggestions to improve the legal construction,improve the hospital system in medical information query,use,rewards and punishments,and strengthen the safety awareness training of the hospital staff and patients,hoping to strengthen the medical information for the hospital The construction of information security can be used for reference to further promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
