摘要
“互联网+教育”是互联网技术与教育领域结合后产生的一种新教育方式,使全球教育发生了重大变化。“互联网+教育”的快速发展既为教师专业发展带来了机遇,同时也面临着一系列新的挑战,例如教师角色转变、教学方式转变、缺少学习深度、育人功能弱化等。针对相应问题,笔者从教师教学观念转变、传统课堂与网络课堂整合、加强教师信息技术培训等方面,探究教师专业发展的可能性路径,以提高在“互联网+教育”背景下教师专业发展的能力。
“Internet+education”is a new way of education after the integration of Internet technology and education,which has made great changes in global education.The rapid development of“Internet+education”not only brings opportunities for teachers’professional development,but also faces a series of new challenges,such as the change of teacher’s role,the transformation of teaching methods,the lack of learning depth,and the weakening of educational function.Aiming at the corresponding problems,the author explores the possibility path of teacher professional development from the perspectives of teachers’teaching concept,integration of traditional classroom and network classroom,and strengthening teacher’s information technology training,so as to improve the ability of teachers’professional development under the background of“Internet+education”.
