摘要
在深入推进高等教育领域综合改革背景下,高校教师考核评价政策成为激发教师发展正效的"指挥棒"。《深化考评改革意见》实施近三年,地方高校青年教师教学发展面临旧困未破和再添新忧的双重考验。调研中发现,以北京A大学为代表的地方高校青年教师教学发展存在价值导向应纠偏、主体观念待更新、制度环境需优化、制度实施要强化等关键诉求。当前,《深化考评改革意见》落地见效路远且艰,地方高校青年教师教学发展急需进一步推进政策配套与实施,着力深化分类考评、更新发展理念、完善配套政策、优化发展机制,助力地方高校青年教师实现教学专业发展目标。
Under the background of deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of higher education,the examination and evaluation policy with university teachers stimulates the positive development of teachers like a "baton".Three years after the application of Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Evaluation,local university young teachers now face the double test of old dilemmas and new worries in their teaching development. In the survey it is found that local university young teachers,represented by Beijing A university,have the key appealing in their teaching development,such as the deviation of value orientation to be corrected,the subject concept to be renewed,the institutional environment to be optimized,and the institutional implementation to be strengthened etc. Currently,it is still a long and difficult way to apply Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Evaluation with its effectiveness being shown,and it is urgently needed to further promote the implementation of supporting policies,deepen the classified examination and evaluation,renew the development ideas,complete the supporting policy,optimize the development mechanism so as to help the local university young teachers to achieve their goals in professional teaching development.
