摘要
系统介绍了美国全垫升气垫登陆艇(LCAC) 35年来的维修情况,所分属的两支艇队的维护部门组成架构,以及有关维护技术进阶。总结得出LCAC保持高战备可用率的关键是专业技术人员的配备日益齐全、专用维修工具的改进完善、与专业厂家的紧密合作、使用维修数据的积累与先进分析手段应用,形成强大的地勤式维护保障模式。LCAC的升级换代品--SSC在设计之初就以控制艇包含维修费用在内的全寿命周期费用作为设计目标之一,充分借鉴LCAC经验教训,采用ICAS、CBM等方法简化系统设备复杂性,对关键技术及设备则通过FCT或在LCAC 66上预先作实船使用验证。这些成功经验值得借鉴与学习。
This paper systematically introduces the maintenance of the American landing craft cushion(LACA)in the past 35 years,the structure of the maintenance department of the two LCAC Units(ACU 4&ACU 5)and the development of the relevant maintenance technologies.It is concluded that the key to maintain high combat readiness availability is the powerful ground maintenance support,which can be developed by fully equipped professional technical personnel,improved special maintenance tools,close cooperation with the specialized factories and accumulated usage and maintenance data,as well as the application of the advanced analytical methods.One of the design objectives of the ship-to-shore connector(SSC),which is the next generation of the LCAC,is to control the life-cycle cost,including the maintenance cost,at the beginning of the design.The system equipment is simplified by using ICAS and CBM based on the experience of LCAC.The key technology and equipment are verified by FCT or by the full-scale test on LCAC66.It will provide reference for the designers.
