摘要 船舶大型设备出舱维修过程复杂,设备出舱方案设计通常依赖个人经验,在实际生产中经常出现出舱空间不足、遗漏作业、冗余作业等现象。针对以上问题,提出一种基于仿真技术的设备出舱方案设计优化的方法。以某船发电机转子出舱过程为研究对象,分析了船舶大型设备出舱过程方案仿真的具体流程及核心要点,实现了出舱路径的仿真可视化分析及优化。应用结果表明基于此方法可以检验出舱方案的可行性与合理性,提前暴露设备出舱方案潜在的问题,通过"分析→仿真→优化"不断完善出舱方案,进一步缩短方案设计时间,提高维修效率。 The maintenance process of the marine large equipment is very complex.The equipment extraction scheme is usually designed relying on the personal experience,resulting in the problems in the practical production,such as the insufficient space for the equipment extraction,missing operation and redundant operation.A simulation based method is proposed for the design and optimization of the equipment extraction scheme aiming at these issues.The extraction process of the generator rotor of a ship has been examined to analyze the specific procedure and the key points of the simulation of the extraction process for the marine large equipment,achieving the visual analysis and optimization for the simulation of the extraction route.The results show that the feasibility and rationality of the extraction scheme can be proved by using this method,and the potential problems of the equipment extraction scheme can be exposed in advance.The extraction scheme can be improved through the process of“analysis,simulation and optimization”,in order to further shorten the design time and improve the maintenance efficiency.
