摘要
近年来,炼化企业岩石公司不时发生劳动争议。其特征为:因职业病诊断鉴定引发的劳动争议有抬头的趋势、改制企业员工不时向公司发难、农民制合同工的维权意识更强烈。外部原因主要是劳动关系多样化、劳动者法律意识和维权意识增强、劳动维权成本较低,内部原因主要是部分曾与岩石公司有过交集的劳动者走进法庭讨说法、历史遗留问题引发劳动争议、部分人员的待遇未能落实导致纠纷。对此,可以采取做好招聘工作严把入口关、进一步优化职业病防治工作等对策来化解。
In recent years,labor disputes have occurred from time to time in the oil refining and chemical enterprise Rock Company.Its characteristics are:labor disputes caused by the diagnosis and identification of occupational diseases have a tendency to rise,employees of restructuring enterprises have made troubles to the company from time to time,and farmers'contract workers have a stronger sense of rights.In this regard,countermeasures such as strict entry control of recruitment work and further optimization of occupational disease prevention and treatment can be taken to resolve this.
