老年人慢性病与中医体质多重对应分析

Multiple Correspondence Analysis on Chronic Diseases and TCM Constitution in Elders

目的观察新郑市65岁以上老年人慢性病患病和中医体质之间的关联。方法选择新郑市各卫生院14680例65岁以上单一体质的慢性病患者作为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集基线信息(姓名、性别、年龄);通过体格检查收集身高、体重信息;同时由医务人员对研究对象的中医体质进行分型,并对慢性病情况进行诊断。采用关联性分析探索慢性病患病与中医体质之间是否存在关联,并采用多重对应分析两者之间存在何种关联。结果中医体质和患病种类之间相关性显著(χ^2=225.450,P<0.001;Φ=0.124,P<0.001)。脑卒中与血瘀质存在关联,高血压病和糖尿病与痰湿质存在关联,慢性病共病与阴虚质和湿热质存在关联,冠心病与气虚质、气郁质和特禀质存在关联。结论老年人中医体质类型与几种慢性病的关联不同。

Objective To explore the association between chronic diseases and traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)constitution among the elderly over 65 years old in Xinzheng City.Methods A total of 14680 cases with single TCM constitution in various health centers were enrolled.Baseline characteristics data(name,gender,age)were obtained using a questionnaire survey.Weight and height information were obtained through physical examination;TCM constitution and chronic disease were measured and classified by medical staffs.Association analysis were used to explore whether there was a correlation between the chronic disease and TCM constitution.Multiple correspondence analysis was used to analyze the association.Results The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between TCM constitution and chronic diseases(χ^2=225.450,P<0.001;Φ=0.124,P<0.001),multiple correspondence analysis showed that stroke was linked with blood-stasis type,hy-pertension and diabetes were associated with phlegm-dampness type,the comorbidity of chronic disease were associated with yin-deficiency and dampness-heat type,coronary heart disease was linked with qi-deficiency type,qidepression type and special diathesis type.Conclusion There are differences in the association between TCM constitution types and chronic diseases.
