摘要
对方钢管柱-H型钢梁顶底T型钢单向螺栓连接节点在单向荷载作用下的力学性能进行了有限元模拟,得到了节点的荷载-位移曲线,并对节点的荷载-位移曲线、构件的应力-应变状态进行了详细分析。研究结果表明:随荷载施加,节点受拉区T型件被拉离柱翼缘一定距离,节点最终的失效模式为受拉区T型件翼缘腹板相交处被拉断破坏,T型件是方钢管柱-H型钢梁单向螺栓连接节点的薄弱部位,在实际的工程应用中可考虑加强柱壁与T型钢翼缘的连接。
The mechanical properties of the T-shaped steel one-way bolted joint on the top and bottom of the square steel tube column and H-shaped steel beam under one-way load are simulated by finite element method,and the load displacement curve of the joint and the stress-strain state of the member are analyzed in detail.The results show that,with the application of load,the T-shaped part in the tensile zone of the joint is pulled away from the column flange for a certain distance,the ultimate failure mode of the joint is that the intersection of the flange web of the T-shaped part in the tensile zone is broken,the T-shaped part is the weak part of the one-way bolt connection joint of the square steel tube Column-H steel beam,and the connection between the column wall and the T-shaped steel flange can be considered in the actual engineering application.
