基于多元回归的PPP项目绩效影响因素研究

摘要 随着投融资模式的发展,PPP模式出现在人们的视野中,PPP项目蓬勃发展,而我国现有的PPP项目仍存在许多问题,项目绩效有待提升。本文在文献研究的基础上,识别出PPP项目绩效及其影响因素的各项评价指标,利用李克特量表法进行问卷调查,并应用SPSS 22.0软件对数据展开多元回归分析,在假设检验中判断出各项影响因素对PPP项目的影响结果,即PPP项目绩效是由项目特征、项目环境、项目相关人和项目过程共同影响的。最终,为PPP项目的绩效管理提供发展建议。 With the development of investment and financing mode,PPP mode appears in people's vision,which are booming.However,China's existing PPP projects still have many problems,and the project performance needs to be improved.In this paper,on the basis of literature research,the PPP project performance and influencing factors of each evaluation index are identified,a questionnaire survey is conducted by using Likert scale method,and SPSS22.0 software is used to carry out multiple regression analysis on the data and test the hypothesis.The results of the impact of various influencing factors on the PPP project are judged,that is,the performance of the PPP project is jointly affected by the project characteristics,project environment,project stakeholders and project process,which provide development suggestions for the performance management of PPP projects.
