按照水利部建设生态水利要求,基本水土流失防护措施已不能满足需要,贵州省六枝特区河头上水库属于“三位一体”规划黔西南片重点中型水库工程之一,结合工程建设实际情况,在大坝下游、泵站、业主营地、公路边坡、施工生产生活区、渣料场等重点区域考虑采取景观提升方案,对整个枢纽区进行水土保持、边坡生态修复、生态景观策划。

According to the requirements of the ministry of water resources for the construction of ecological water conservancy,the basic water and soil erosion protection measures have been unable to meet the needs.The Hetoushang reservoir in Liuzhi special zone of Guizhou Province is one of the key medium-sized reservoir projects in the trinity planning area of southwest Guizhou,considering the actual situation of the project construction,the landscape improvement scheme is considered in the key areas such as the downstream of the dam,the pump station,the owner's camp,the highway slope,the living area of construction and production and slag charge,so as to carry out the soil and water conservation,slope ecological restoration and ecological landscape planning in the whole pivot area.
