摘要 为了更加系统、全面的掌握区域水资源开发潜力和社会经济发展阈值,通过对耗水量、水资源可利用量与水系统承载能力之间联系的分析,以耗水量为基准构建量化的承载力模型,并应用该模型科学评估75%来水频率下辽阳市2018年、2025年水系统承载力,在此基础上准确计算各限制因子的承载潜力。结果表明:2018年辽阳市水系统具备一定的承载力,由于氨氮的排放和水资源量等条件限制,至2025年水系统将处于超载状态;研究成果可为辽阳市产业结构调整和水资源开发利用提供科学指导。 In order to grasp the potential of regional water resources development and the threshold of social and economic development in a more systematic and comprehensive way,the relationship between water resources available consumption and the carrying capacity of the water system was analyzed.A quantitative carrying capacity model was established based on water consumption,and the model was used to scientifically evaluate the carrying capacity of the water system of Liaoyang City in 2018 and 2025 at the inflow frequency of 75%,and the carrying capacity of each limiting factor was accurately calculated on this basis.The results show that:the water system of Liaoyang City has a certain carrying capacity in 2018,and the water system will be overloaded by 2025 due to the restrictions of ammonia nitrogen discharge and water resources,and the research results can provide scientific guidance for the adjustment of industrial structure and the development and utilization of water resources in Liaoyang City.
