政党社会化视角下基层党组织“智慧党建”研究——以陕西省为例

An Analysis of“Smart Party Construction”Work Model of Grass-Roots Party Organizations from the Perspective of Socialization of Political Parties——Take Shaanxi as an Example

“智慧党建”作为“互联网+”时代推进基层党建工作社会化的创新模式,在提高党建工作效率等方面发挥着不可忽视的作用。近年来,陕西省各地的一些基层党组织尝试并初步建立了“智慧党建”信息化平台。但从总体上看,陕西省“智慧党建”建设仍处于初步探索阶段,在实践中还面临一些发展困境。政党社会化理论能够为“智慧党建”工作实践提供独特的分析视角和理论启示。

In the“Internet plus”era,as an innovation mode of promoting the socialization of Party building work at the grass-roots level,“smart party construction”plays an important role in improving the efficiency of Party building.In recent years,the grass-roots party organizations in Shaanxi Province have tried and initially established the“smart party construction”information platform.But generally speaking,the construction of“smart party construction”in Shaanxi Province is still in the preliminary exploratory stage,and is still facing some development difficulties in practice.The theory of party socialization can provide a unique analytical perspective and theoretical inspiration for the practice of“smart party construction”.
