日本工农学校是抗日战争时期中国共产党创办的一所特殊学校,目的是教育、改造日本战俘。学校有效的思想政治教育启发了日本俘虏的阶级觉悟,实现了思想转化,成为国际战争史上开展俘虏思想政治教育的典范,充分证明了人的思想具有可塑性。在思想政治教育工作中要把科学的理论与真实的事例相结合来说服受教育对象,同时要注意启发对象自觉,通过独立思考促成知与行的统一,还要投入真情实感,充分尊重教育对象,才能起到感化和教育的目的。

Japanese School of Workers and Peasants was a school founded by the Chinese Communist Party during the Anti-Japanese War to educate and reform Japanese prisoners of war.The effective ideological and political education in the school inspires the class consciousness of Japanese captives,enables them to realize the transformation of ideas,and becomes a model of ideological and political education in the history of international war,which fully proves the plasticity of human thought.In the work of ideological and political education,we should combine scientific theories with real cases to convince the educated objects,at the same time,we should pay attention to enlightening the consciousness of the objects,promote the unity of knowledge and action through independent thinking,invest in the true feelings and fully respect the educated objects,so as to achieve the purpose of influence and education.
