专业虚拟社区用户角色研究综述

Review of User Roles in Professional Virtual Communities

[目的/意义]用户是构成专业虚拟社区的核心要素,而用户角色是研究专业虚拟社区用户参与的重要方面。[方法/过程]首先使用可视化工具和共现关键词聚类分析,识别出专业虚拟社区用户角色研究的两大主题:角色识别与角色转变动因。在此基础上,采用系统分析方法对各个主题的研究现状分别进行了梳理和总结。[结果/意义]角色识别研究主要为先赋角色识别与自致角色识别;角色类型可归纳为被动用户、初始参与者、持续参与者;角色转变动因主要分为初始参与动因和持续参与动因。最后综合归纳出虚拟社区用户角色研究框架,为未来研究提出建议。

[Purpose/Significance]Users are core elements of virtual communities,and user role is an important aspect of the study of participation in virtual communities.[Method/Process]Firstly,we used visualization tool and cluster analysis of keywords co-occurrence to identify three main topics of user role research in virtual communities:role recognition,role types and role change motivation.On this basis,we had a systematic review of current research from the perspectives of the three topics mentioned above.[Pesults/Significance]Role recognition mainly included identification of experts and opinion leaders;role types were divided into passive users,initial participants and continuous participants;role change motivation consisted of initial and continuous participation motivation.Research framework of user roles in virtual communities and some suggestions for future research were put forward.
