摘要 结合沪通长江大桥索塔结构裂缝控制研究背景,基于"水化-温度-湿度-约束"多场耦合机制的结构混凝土抗裂性评估模型与方法,对混凝土材料、施工环境及结合尺寸等耦合作用下的桥梁索塔大体积强约束结构混凝土抗裂性进行开裂风险分析.定量评估混凝土材料性能、施工工艺参数、结构约束情况等因素对混凝土温度场、应力分布的影响,并基于应力准则,定量分析各种因素对结构开裂风险系数的影响规律.明晰影响开裂风险的主要因素及其大小,为针对实际工程的混凝土抗裂性能控制指标及施工控制指标的提出指明了方向. Combined with the research background of the crack control of the tower structure of the Hutong Yangtze River Bridge,evaluation model and method of crack resistance of structural concrete based on“hydration-temperature-humidity-constraint”multi-field coupling mechanism,cracking risk analysis of concrete crack resistance of bridge towers with large volume and strong confinement structure under the coupling of concrete materials,construction environment and combined size.Quantitatively evaluate the effects of concrete material properties,construction process parameters,structural constraints and other factors on concrete temperature field and stress distribution,and quantitative analysis of the influence of various factors on the risk factor of structural cracking based on the stress criterion.The main factors affecting the risk of cracking and their size are pointed out,which indicates the direction for the concrete crack resistance performance control index and construction control index.
