摘要
通过XRD、金相光学显微镜、BSE、SEM和EDS等测试方式观测了高镁镍铁渣的矿物相及其微观形貌.结果表明,高镁镍铁渣的主要矿物相为镁铁橄榄石相和不定形态的玻璃相,并含有少量的石英相、RO相、单质铁相和f-CaO相.镁铁橄榄石呈长柱状,含有Mg、Fe、Si三种元素,并固溶有少量的Ca元素;不定形相的组成元素主要为Al、Si、Fe以及少量的Ca元素;RO相呈细斑状分布在不定形相中,根据原子序数衬度原理,RO相的主要成分为FeO;单质铁相在金相光学显微镜中呈白亮的弥散晕斑状,存在位置为镁铁橄榄石晶体的浅表层;f-CaO呈繁点富集状,在镁铁橄榄石附近富集分布;石英相含量少,仅在XRD中能被检测到.
Studied high-magnesium ferronickel slag mineralogical composition and microstructure through X-ray diffraction,metallographic optical microscope,and scanning electron microscope backscattered electron and energy dispersive spectrometer.The results show that the main phases in high-magnesium ferronickel slag are hortonolite and glass phase with amorphous.Meanwhile there are tiny amounts of quartz,RO phase,iron and free calcium oxide.Hortonolite form the shape of long column,it contains four elements which are magnesium,ferrum,silicon and a little of calcium.The amorphous glass phase is made of the elements of aluminium,silicon,ferrum and less of calcium.RO phase consist in glass phase with whose shape is fine spot,and whose main composition is iron oxide based on atomic number contrast.In metallographic optical microscope,iron appeared bright white dispersive spot,it exists in shallow surface of hortonolite crystal.Free calcium oxide gathered near hortonolite crystal,and it concentrates with punctiform.Quartz could only be check by X-ray diffraction,as its small quantity.
