On the Innovation of the Ideological and Political Education for Students in Higher Vocational College in the New Era

本文结合高职院校学生思想政治发展现状分析了高职院校思想政治教育工作存在的问题,探讨了新时代高职院校学生思想政治教育工作创新策略。学生的思想政治水平在一定程度上决定了学生未来发展情况,高职院校应该针对自身在思想政治教育工作中存在的问题采取有效措施,实现教育的创新,提高思想政治教育工作的质量。

Combining with the current situation of the students'ideological and political development in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the innovative strategies of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.Students'ideological and political level determines their future development to a certain extent.Higher vocational colleges should take effective measures to solve their own problems in ideological and political education,so as to realize educational innovation and improve the quality of ideological and political education.
