摘要
针对部分工厂生产过程易产生致癌物甲醛,设计一种采用RS485总线分布式布局的多点甲醛监测系统,以ADuC834单片机作为甲醛传感器控制核心,并利用Wi-Fi无线通信将数据上传远程PC的控制软件,客户端软件使用的Microsoft Visual C++完成设计.系统同时实现了对多点甲醛的连续监测,结构简洁,运行稳定可靠.
In the fact that some factories are prone to produce carcinogenic formaldehyde,a multi-point formaldehyde monitoring system with RS485 bus distributed layout was designed.The MCU ADuC834 was used as the control core of formaldehyde sensor,and the data was uploaded to the control software of remote PC by Wi-Fi wireless communication.The client software referred was designed by Microsoft Visual C++.Meanwhile,the system worked out the continuous monitoring of multi-point formaldehyde,with simple structure and stable and reliable operation.
