摘要 目的探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发背景下介入手术室工作人员开展感染控制培训,为疫情期临床介入手术开展提供参考依据。方法对介入手术室34名成员,包括护士、技师和工勤人员,进行了医院感染控制防护培训,开展了在线感染控制理论知识学习和情景模拟实践培训。结果34名成员理论与实践考核成绩优秀,应对综合能力满意度达到88%。结论介入手术室应急培训效果良好,有利于增强介入手术室工作人员应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。 Objective To discuss clinictraining methods of infection prevention and control for medical staff working in interventional operating room under the present epidemic situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)outbreak so as to provide reference for clinical interventional operation practice in epidemic period.Methods The training of in-hospital infection control and protection was conducted in 34 staff members working in interventional operating room,including nurses,technicians and hospital logistics members.The on-line theoretical knowledge learning about infection control and the scenario simulation practice training were carried out.Results In all 34 staff members,both theoretical and practical examination results were excellent,the satisfaction with their comprehensive ability was 88%.Conclusion The emergency training about in-hospital infection control and protection for staff members working in interventional operating room can achieve excellent teaching effect,which is help fulfor enhancing the ability of the staff members working in the operating room to promptly and correctly deal with the public health emergencies.
