七种昆虫生长调节剂类杀虫剂对地熊蜂工蜂的急性毒性及风险评估 被引量:6

摘要 为评价昆虫生长调节剂类杀虫剂对地熊蜂工蜂的急性毒性和生态风险性,本研究分别采用饲喂法和接触法测定氟铃脲、虫酰肼、吡丙醚、氟啶虫酰胺、虱螨脲、灭幼脲及噻嗪酮7种昆虫生长调节剂类杀虫剂对地熊蜂工蜂24 h和48 h的急性经口和急性接触毒性,并评估7种杀虫剂对地熊蜂工蜂的生态风险。结果表明,7种昆虫生长调节剂类杀虫剂对地熊蜂工蜂的经口和接触毒性均为低毒(> 11. 0μg a.i.),风险评估均为低风险(HQ <50),其中氟啶虫酰胺、吡丙醚、噻嗪酮以及灭幼脲4种药剂的接触毒性均达到限度上限试验值(> 200μg a. i.)。本研究可为设施农业合理使用昆虫生长调节剂类杀虫剂提供理论依据,以期减少对授粉熊蜂的伤害,在授粉昆虫保护利用方面具有广阔应用前景。 In the study,the acute oral and contact toxicity of insect growth regulator insecticides,including hexaflumuron,tebufenozide,pyriproxyfen,flonicamid,lufenuron,chlorbenzuron and buprofezin,to worker bumblebee in 24 h and 48 h were determined by feeding and contact methods,respectively.At the same time,the ecological risk of insecticides to worker bumblebee were evaluated.The results showed that the oral and contact toxicity of the seven insecticides were low with the value above 11.0μg a.i.,and their ecological risk was low(HQ<50).Among them,flonicamid,pyriproxyfen,buprofezin and chlorbenzuron were above 200μg a.i.and reached the limit of toxicity test.The above results could provide theoretical bases for the rational use of the insect growth regulartor insecticides in facility agriculture in order to reduce the damage to pollinating bumblebees,so they would have and had broad application prospects in the protection and utilization of pollination insects.
