维生素D与感染性疾病的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 维生素D是一种脂溶性类固醇激素,不仅在骨骼系统、心血管系统及免疫系统疾病中发挥着重要作用,还参与了感染性疾病的发生及发展过程。在感染性疾病中,维生素D通过调节多种免疫细胞和细胞因子来发挥对先天性免疫和适应性免疫应答反应的调控作用,也可通过介导抗菌肽的表达来发挥杀菌作用。本文简要介绍维生素D缺乏与儿童感染性疾病的相关性。 Vitamin D is a fat-soluble steroid hormone,which has a wide range of physiological effects in human body.It has been found that vitamin D not only plays an important role in diseases of skeletal system,cardiovascular system and immune system,but also participates in the occurrence and development of infectious diseases.In infectious diseases,vitamin D regulates innate and adaptive immune responses by regulating a variety of immune cells and cytokines,and also plays a bactericidal role by mediating the expression of antimicrobial peptides.This paper briefly introduced the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and infectious diseases in children.
