Caprini血栓风险模型对脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成预防效果研究

Preventive Effect of Caprini Thrombosis Risk Model on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Stroke Patients

目的分析Caprini血栓风险模型对脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成预防效果,为减少下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生提供参考依据。方法将2017年1月~12月我院收治的40例脑卒中患者纳入对照组。将2018年1月~12月我院收治的40例脑卒中患者纳入研究组。对照组给予常规护理干预。研究组在常规护理干预基础上采取Caprini血栓风险模型评估后采用针对性的护理干预措施。比较两组对预防下肢深静脉血栓形成知识的认知程度、下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率、护理满意度以及凝血功能。结果研究组护理后下肢深静脉血栓形成知识的认知程度显著高于对照组,下肢肿胀、下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶原时间(PT)低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上,通过Caprini血栓风险模型评估后给予针对性护理干预在减少脑卒中患者下肢肿胀及深静脉血栓形成方面具有理想效果,且提高了患者护理满意度,值得临床重视。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of Caprini thrombosis risk model on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in stroke patients,to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities.Methods 40 patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were included in the control group,and 40 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were included in the study group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,on the basis of routine nursing intervention,the study group were assessed by Caprini thrombosis risk model and then adopted targeted nursing intervention measures.The knowledge of prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,nursing satisfaction and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the cognitive level of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of lower limb swelling and deep venous thrombosis were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The activated partial thrombin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,targeted nursing intervention after evaluation by Caprini evaluation table can reduce the occurrence of lower limb swelling and deep venous thrombosis in stroke patients,and improves patients'satisfaction with nursing care,it is worthy of attention.
