青光眼患者疾病不确定感及其与自我管理行为和生活质量的相关性研究

Study on Uncertainty in Illness and its Correlations with Patients'Self-management Behaviors and Quality of Life in Patients with Glaucoma

目的探讨青光眼患者疾病不确定感现状及其与自我管理行为和生活质量的相关性。方法选取2018年9月~2019年8月我院住院治疗的113青光眼患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感量表、青光眼自我管理问卷和视功能损害患者生活质量量表进行调查。结果患者疾病不确定感总分为(82.03±11.15)分,自我管理行为总分为(37.00±5.16)分,生活质量总分为(118.66±18.43)分。患者疾病不确定感与自我管理和生活质量均呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论青光眼患者的疾病不确定感处于中等水平,并影响其自我管理行为和生活质量。

Objective To explore the uncertainty in illness and its correlations with patients'self-management behaviors and quality of life in patients with glaucoma.Methods A total of 113 patients with glaucoma were recruited from September 2018 to August 2019.The patients were investigated with the general information questionnaire,the Uncertainty in Illness Scale for Adults,the self-management vbehavior questionnaire,and the quality of life scale for patients with visual impairment.Results The mean score of the uncertainty scale was(82.03±11.15),the mean score of self-management behavior questionnaire was(37.00±5.16),and the mean score of quality of life was(118.66±18.43).The patients'uncertainty was significantly negatively correlated with their self-management behavior and quality of life(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions The uncertainty among patients with glaucoma is moderate and associated with their self-management behavior and quality of life.
