行为改变整合理论在永久性肠造口患者自我护理中的应用效果

Effect of Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change on Self-care Ability of Patients with Permanent Enterostomy

目的探讨行为改变整合理论在永久性肠造口患者自我护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月~12月我院收治确诊为直肠癌并接受Miles手术患者50例为对照组,给予常规护理措施;2019年1月~6月收治的直肠癌并接受Miles手术患者50例为干预组,在常规护理措施基础上给予行为改变整合理论的干预方案。比较两组自我护理能力和造口袋独立更换完成率。结果干预组自我护理能力评分、造口袋独立更换完成率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为改变整合理论能有效提高永久性肠造口患者自我护理能力,优于常规护理措施,可应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated theory of health behavior change on self-care ability of patients with permanent enterostomy.Methods 50 patients with colorectal cancer admitted from July 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as control group to give routine nursing measures.50 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted between January 2019 and June 2019 were treated as intervention groups and given intervention programs based on the theory of behavioral change integration.The self-care ability and independent replacement completion rate of pocket were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability and independent replacement completion rate of pocket were better in the intervention group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The theory of behavioral change integration can improve the self-care ability of patients with permanent enterostomy effectively,and is superior to the conventional nursing measures.It is worthy of clinical application.
