摘要
针对传统的汽车爆胎时控制仿真系统存在的模拟爆胎汽车运行轨迹不够精准的缺点,设计一种汽车爆胎时主动安全控制仿真系统。通过压力数据采集和保存模块、数据处理模块、数据显示模块和信号控制模块完成系统的整体框架,在此基础上,通过压力传感器、A/D转换器、AT80C65单片机、二极管显示器等完成系统硬件设计,通过LabVIEW软件生成胎压数据,再通过Proteus仿真软件监测胎压数据判断爆胎时刻,爆胎时,输出信号给各控制单元实现控制,完成系统软件设计。实验结果表明,与传统的仿真系统相比,提出的汽车爆胎时主动安全控制仿真系统能够有效模拟汽车汽车爆胎时主动安全控制过程,得到的爆胎汽车遇到障碍物时的运行轨迹更为精准。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional car tire puncture control simulation system,the simulation of the puncture car’s running track is not accurate enough,and an active safety control simulation system is designed for car puncture.The pressure data acquisition and storage module,data processing module,data display module and signal control module are used to complete the overall framework of the system,on this basis,the pressure sensor,A/D converter,AT80 C65 microcontroller,diode display are used to complete the system hardware design.The tire pressure data is generated by LabVIEW software,and the tire pressure data is monitored by Proteus simulation software to judge the tire bursting time,when the tire is blown,the output signal is controlled to each control unit to complete the system software design.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional simulation system,the proposed active safety control simulation system for car puncture can effectively simulate the active safety control process when the car is blown,and the obtained trajectory of the puncture car encounters obstacles is more precise.
