基于单片机的空气消毒净化器自动控制系统设计 被引量:7

摘要 为了提高医院血液内科的护理质量,提高空气消毒净化器自动控制,提出基于单片机的空气消毒净化器自动控制系统设计方法。系统设计分为自动控制算法设计和系统的硬件设计两大部分,系统包括时钟控制模块、空气质量检测模块、AD转换模块、信息集成处理模块、上位机通信模块以及自动控制模块,采用模糊PID控制技术进行空气消毒净化器自动控制和反馈调节,根据空气消毒净化器电机输出负荷的波动性进行稳定性调节,利用空气消毒净化器不同频率系统间相互耦合作用进行谐波检测,结合模糊PID和双闭环控制方法实现空气消毒净化器自动控制算法优化。在ADSP-BF537单片机环境下进行控制系统的硬件设计,结合SPI存储器加载模式实现控制指令加载。测试结果表明,采用该系统进行空气消毒净化器自动控制的稳定性较好,有效改善了医院血液内科的空气消毒净化及护理环境。 In order to improve the quality of nursing and the automatic control of air disinfector,the design method of air disinfector automatic control system based on single chip microcomputer is proposed.The system design is divided into two parts:automatic control algorithm design and system hardware design.The system includes clock control module,air quality detection module,AD conversion module,information integration processing module,upper computer communication module and automatic control module.Fuzzy PID control technology is used for automatic control and feedback regulation of air disinfection purifier.According to the power of air disinfection purifier,the output load fluctuation of the unit is adjusted for stability.The harmonic detection is carried out by coupling the different frequency systems of the air disinfection purifier.The automatic control algorithm optimization of the air disinfection purifier is realized by combining the fuzzy PID and double closed-loop control methods.The hardware of the control system is designed in the environment of adsp-bf537 single chip microcomputer,and the control instruction is loaded by SPI memory loading mode.The test results show that the system has good stability in automatic control of the air disinfection purifier,and effectively improves the air disinfection and cleaning and nursing environment in the Department of Hematology of the hospital.
