卷烟包装工艺极限参数自动预警方法研究

摘要 传统的单参数预警方法只能对参数异常做出预警,不能确定预警的危险等级。为此,设计卷烟包装工艺极限参数自动预警方法。根据卷烟包装工艺的流程,监测卷烟包装设备露点温度,计算折叠转塔过程中的压痕槽宽度和压痕挺力,获取卷绕速度,实时监控并记录各项极限参数值,设置声光报警器预警装置,当某一项参数值接近该参数的上限值或下限值时,通过控制器预警装置做出预警,并采取相应的措施解决。至此预警方法设计完成。测试结果表明:与传统的预警方法相比,卷烟包装工艺极限参数自动预警方法能够自动判断预警的危险等级,并根据不同的危险等级采取相应的解决措施,适合使用在实际项目中。 The traditional single parameter early warning method can only give early warning to the abnormal parameters,but cannot determine the danger level of early warning.Therefore,an automatic warning method for the limit parameters of cigarette packaging technology is designed.According to the process of cigarette packaging,the dew point temperature of cigarette packaging equipment is monitored,in the process of folding turret,the width of indentation groove and indentation tappet for are calculated,at the same time,winding speed is obtained,the limit parameter values are realtime monitored and recorded.Setting up sound and light alarm warning device,when a certain parameter values close to the parameters of the upper limit or lower limit,warning device makes early warning through controller early warning device,and corresponding measures are taken to solve.The test results show that,compared with the traditional warning method,the automatic warning method of cigarette packaging process limit parameter can automatically judge the warning risk level,and take corresponding measures according to different risk levels,which is suitable for practical projects.
