煤矿矿井热湿余热深度利用研究

摘要 矿井湿热影响采矿工作,需采取新风交换、空调制冷或供暖满足采矿工作环境需要。通过对平顶山某煤矿矿井内热湿余热分析,结合河南平顶山地区冬季、夏季气象因素,利用热管技术,采取分体式空调系统,对该余热资源进行综合利用。结果表明,采矿工作环境得以改善,同时,巷道进出口,冬季未出现结冰现象。 In order to meet the needs of mining environment,fresh air exchange,air conditioning refrigeration or heating should be adopted.Based on the analysis of the heat and moisture residual heat in a coal mine,combined with the meteorological factors in winter and summer in Pingdingshan area of Henan Province,using the heat pipe technology and adopting the split air conditioning system,the waste heat resource is comprehensively utilized.The results show that the working environment of mining is improved.At the same time,there is no ice at the entrance and exit of the tunnel in winter.
