活髓后牙牙本质隐裂治疗的临床疗效

The Clinical Observation of Treatment of Incompletely Cracked Posterior Teeth

目的观察活髓后牙牙本质隐裂治疗的临床疗效。方法选取昆明医科大学附属口腔修复科口腔内科2015年2月至2018年2月门诊收治158例活髓后牙牙本质隐裂患者作为研究对象,根据治疗意愿分为两组,A组和B组。每组79例。A组采用充填法治疗,B组采取金属烤瓷全冠修复治疗。比较两组治疗6个月、1 a及2 a的临床疗效。结果 6个月充填组与金属烤瓷冠修复组比较没有差异;1 a充填组与金属烤瓷冠修复组比较可以认为充填组与金属烤瓷冠修复组是有差异的,其中金属烤瓷冠修复组的疗效高于充填组;2 a充填组与金属烤瓷冠修复组比较可以认为充填组与金属烤瓷冠修复组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中金属烤瓷冠修复组的疗效高于充填组。结论金属烤瓷冠修复组疗效明显优于充填组。可以有效改善临床症状,保存活髓组织,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of incompletely cracked posterior teeth.Metthod 158 patients(158posterior teeth)with incompletely cracks in our hospital from Februay 2015 to Februay 2018 were treated and divided into two groups according to the willingness of treatment methods the patients.group A and group B,79 casos eath.group A was treated with restoration method and group B was treated with ceramometal crown restoration.We compared between the two groups about clinical effects 6months,1year and 2years after treatment.Results The cure rate and effective rate of group A and group B were equal at the 6 month;the cure rate and toal effective rate of group B was higher than thare of group A at 1year and,2 years later treatment.Conclusion The ceramometal crown restoration as a treatment method of vital posterior teeth with incompletely cracks has an obvious effect.This treatment can save the vital pulp,and improve the clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical application.
