新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎护理干预及医院感染控制效果

Nursing Intervention of Neonatal Respiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia and Effect of Nosocomial Infection Control

目的探讨新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒(respirator syncytial virus,RSV)肺炎护理及医院感染控制的有效措施。方法收集昆明市儿童医院新生儿科2017年1~12月RSV肺炎患儿44例,实行的是新生儿常规护理及飞沫隔离措施,总结分析当年呼吸道合胞病毒医院感染发生的可能性及相关因素,患者住院时间长的原因,并进行预防性隔离和目标性检测,对阳性患儿实行全方位隔离及有效的气道管理,将措施应用于2018年1~12月收治的39例患者,结果对照组患儿平均住院时间为15.6 d,医院感染发生率为13.6%;实验组患儿的平均住院日为10.5 d,医院感染率为0.77%。对照组和实验组在治疗效果,医院感染控制效果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的气道管理及有效的隔离措施可以缩短RSV患儿的住院时间,降低医院感染率。

Objective To explore the effective measures of nursing and nosocomial infection control of neonatal respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)pneumonia.Methods We collected 44 cases of RSV pneumonia in our hospital from January to December 2017.We carried out routine nursing and droplet isolation measures for the newborns,summarized and analyzed the possibility and related factors of nosocomial infection of respiratory syncytial virus in 2017 and the reasons for long hospital stay.We also carried out preventive isolation and targeted testing,and all-round isolation and effective airway management for children tested positive.These measures were applied to 39 patients admitted from January to December 2018.Results The average length of stay in the control group was 15.6 days,and the incidence of nosocomial infection was 13.6%;the average length of stay in the experimental group was 10.5 days,and the incidence of nosocomial infection was 0.77%.The treatment effects,hospital infection control effect in the control group and experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective airway management and isolation measures can shorten the hospitalization time of RSV children and reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
