摘要
注射机在注射过程中,需要采用非线性控制理论解决保压过程的非线性问题。滑模变结构控制方法具有良好的鲁棒性,控制精度高,但是存在抖振现象。为了抑制传统滑模控制方法存在的抖振问题,采用动态滑模控制方法设计二阶保压压力系统的控制律,构造辅助滑模面函数,将滑模收敛过程分为两个阶段,并给出系统收敛条件下控制器参数所满足的条件。通过仿真实验验证动态滑模控制器对非线性保压压力系统控制的有效性。
In the injection process of the injection molding machine,it is necessary to use the nonlinear control theory to solve the nonlinear problem of the pressure holding process.Sliding mode variable structure control method has good robustness,high control accuracy,but chattering phenomenon.In order to suppress the chattering problem of the traditional sliding mode control method,the dynamic sliding mode control method is used to design the control law of the secondorder holding pressure system,and the auxiliary sliding mode surface function is constructed.The conditions satisfied by the controller parameters under the system convergence condition are given.Simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the dynamic sliding mode controller to control the nonlinear pressure holding system.
