摘要
研究了乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)和β-成核剂TMB-5协同增韧聚丙烯(PP)的作用效果,通过对比相同比例的PP/POE和PP/POE/TMB-5共混物对熔体流动性、拉伸屈服强度和低温下缺口、无缺口冲击强度的影响,发现加入成核剂TMB-5确实能够协同POE增韧PP,使低温下的缺口冲击强度显著提高;SEM研究表明,POE以约2μm平均球径均匀地分散在PP连续相中;DSC和WAXD研究表明,TMB-5能够使PP的部分α晶型转变为β晶型,从而协助POE增韧PP。
The effect of ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)andβ-nucleating agent TMB-5 on synergistic toughening polypropylene(PP)was studied in this paper.By comparing the effects of PP/POE and PP/POE/TMB-5 blends in the same ratio on melt flowability,tensile yield strength,notched and un-notched impact strength at low temperature,it was found that the addition of the nucleating agent TMB-5 can synergize to toughen PP with POE,so that the notched impact strength at low temperature was significantly improved.The SEM results show that POE was dispersed uniformly in PP continuous phase with the average microsphere diameter of about 2μm.The DSC and WAXD results show that TMB-5 can transform part ofαcrystal form of PP intoβcrystal form,so as to assist POE to toughen PP.
