摘要
基于“蓝鲸”超深水半潜式钻井平台继电保护设计,有针对性地提出短路故障继电保护设计方案,以保证闭环电力操作模式的半潜平台达到规范要求安全水平。闭环模式操作电力系统短路故障继电保护设计需考虑主保护方案和备用保护方案,并且电力系统上下游过流保护需具有选择性,实现从下级到上级断路器过流保护跳闸的先后。
Based on the relay protection design of“Blue Whale”ultra deep water semi submersible drilling platform,the design proposal of the relay protection for short circuit fault is put forward in order to achieve the safety level of class requirement in closed bus ties mode of operation.The design of main and back up relay protection is considered for short circuit fault and the upstream and downstream overcurrent protection of the power system needs to be selective to realize the sequence of over current protection tripping from lower to superior circuit breaker.
