医学统计学智慧学习环境应用实践探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨智慧学习环境在医学统计学教学中的应用效果。方法基于"雨课堂"和"超星网络平台"采用TBL和翻转课堂的教学方法开展教学,以2017级临床医学专业实验1班、2班学生为研究对象,分析其期末试卷客观题目中使用了智慧学习环境部分和未使用部分的得分差异。结果不同学习环境下学生的成绩差异具有统计学意义(F=89.641,P <0.001),3种智慧学习方法的得分均高于传统教学,而3种方法之间未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论智慧学习环境结合教学方法改革有助于学生医学统计学专业知识的学习,能够提高学生的团队协作能力,学生对此接受度较高,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of intelligent learning environment in medical statistics teaching.Methods Based on rain classroom and super star network platform,TBL and flipped classroom teaching methods were adopted to carry out the teaching.Class one and Class two of grade 2017 clinical teaching reform were selected as study objects.The score difference between the objective items of the final test paper using intelligent learning environment and unused part was compared.Results The differences of students'scores under different learning environments were statistically significant(F=89.641,P<0.001).The scores of the three intelligent learning methods were higher than those of traditional teaching,but there was no statistical difference among the three methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Intelligent learning environment combined with teaching method reform is conducive to students'learning of medical statistics and can improve students'teamwork ability.It is highly accepted by students and worthy of promotion.
